Job Description:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a key driver of new business growth for our client’s company, responsible for identifying prospective organizations, generating qualified leads, and fueling the sales pipeline for international employee benefits solutions. This role centers on proactive outreach—using phone, email, and LinkedIn—to connect with CEOs, CFOs, and global HR leaders, ultimately securing high‑quality meetings and opportunities that support revenue growth.
Working closely with senior sales leadership, the SDR helps introduce organizations to our client’s offerings while positioning the company as a trusted partner for international workforces. This role is ideal for a motivated early‑career sales professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys taking initiative, and is eager to build and refine scalable outbound prospecting efforts.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and target organizations with international workforce exposure.
- Execute high‑volume, multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to engage potential prospects.
Lead Qualification & Meeting Generation
- Engage senior decision‑makers (CEO, CFO, Global HR/Operations leaders) to assess international benefits needs.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the senior sales team.
Pipeline Development & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate documentation of outreach, engagement, and qualification notes in HubSpot CRM.
- Ensure organized pipeline visibility and timely follow‑up on all leads.
Collaboration with Sales Leadership
- Align closely with senior sales leaders on target accounts, messaging, and lead quality.
- Share real‑time insights from prospect conversations to refine outreach strategy.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: ~$40k-$50k
- Variable Commission: ~ $50k
- Projected Year 1 Earnings = ~ $80k - $100k
