Join a dynamic team to support independent schools across New England
The Association of Independent Schools in New England (AISNE) seeks a new team member to serve as Data & Research Manager. The Data & Research Manager leads the association's research and data initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and presenting information that informs organizational strategy and member services, and provides industry research to our members. This inaugural role at AISNE provides an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to identify opportunities to leverage data for improved member services and contribute to work that directly impacts our member community.
The position reports directly to the Executive Director and works closely with a small team to deliver high-quality service to the AISNE membership. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, technological proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while providing timely, clear, and welcoming customer service to our members. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a conversation — someone who can rigorously analyze data and build the relationships that engender trust and participation in AISNE’s data collection efforts.
The position is cross-functional, with significant responsibilities in data management, collection, analysis, presentation, and storytelling; technology coordination; communication; and process execution.
We welcome candidates who are excited about joining an organization that is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, as reflected in our mission and core values.
