designLAB architects is seeking a talented, self-motivated designer or architect to support unique civic and cultural projects. As a JUST Labeled organization, we offer competitive salary and benefits based on the experience level, and seek to provide growth opportunities for staff at all levels in our collaborative team. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of professional experience and either an undergraduate or graduate architecture degree. Licensure desirable but not required.
Skills
Candidates will work as part of small to medium sized project teams in all aspects of design and delivery, demonstrating experience and/or interest in the following skills:
- Highest-level design, graphic, and presentation skills
- Contribute to the development of working drawings, renderings, & graphic design deliverables
- Clear communication and strong management/organizational skills is a must
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Office, and Revit Software is required
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
The position is Boston-based and requires full-time in-person work.
