Our front desk agents are on the first line of customer service for our business, so it is important to us that we hire extremely reliable individuals who are able to deal with any issues gracefully and with a positive attitude. We're looking for an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, capable of handling multiple tasks at once and adept at dealing with people from all walks of life.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and greet customers.
- Answer customer questions.
- Take customer orders.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Handle customer payment issues.
- Securing the building
- Auditing reports
- Extra cleaning tasks during slow times
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
