Duties
- Safely operate your personal vehicle to transport items across designated routes
- Load and unload shipments using manual handling techniques, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed
- NO HEAVY LIFTING!!!
- Deliver e-commerce/medical supplies with precision and timeliness
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery receipts for compliance and tracking purposes
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to confirm delivery schedules and address any route or shipment issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, traffic laws, and health protocols during transportation activities
- Assist with warehouse organization when necessary, including inventory management and stock movement
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients and staff members
- Proven experience in delivery driving
- HIPPA & BBP certifications where applicable
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including load & unload procedures and inventory handling
- Ability to perform scanning tasks using appropriate equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proof of active insurance
- Knowledge of route driving best practices for efficiency and safety
- Excellent navigation skills with the ability to follow detailed routes accurately
- Physical stamina for extended periods of driving, loading/unloading cargo
