Position Overview
We are seeking a Packaging Operator / Packer to support production operations in a regulated cGMP manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating automated or semi-automated packaging equipment, following standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintaining accurate batch production documentation. This role is responsible for ensuring packaging processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging Line Operation
- Operate and monitor automated or semi-automated packaging machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Start and stop packaging machines following SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Perform machine changeovers when switching between product batches.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and packaging accuracy.
- Clear equipment jams and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues during production.
Material Handling
- Load packaging components such as:
- Bottles
- Caps
- Labels
- Cartons
- Ensure materials are correctly aligned and fed into packaging equipment.
Quality Monitoring
- Monitor machine sensors and automated inspection systems.
- Perform quality checks including:
- Cap torque verification
- Seal integrity checks
- Label alignment inspection
- Escalate quality or equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance teams.
Documentation & Compliance
- Accurately complete batch records and production documentation.
- Follow written SOPs and cGMP guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Direct exposure to cGMP environments.
- Experience following SOPs and completing production documentation/batch records.
- Hands-on experience operating automated or semi-automated packaging equipment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proven job stability with an average tenure of at least 2 years in previous roles.

- Labelers
- Blister packaging machines

- Case packers
