Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy, including hallways, lobbies, and common areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as shampooing carpets and washing windows
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts with supplies and linens
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts as needed
