General Job Description
We're hiring a Customer Marketing Specialist to help surround our customers with appreciation and recognition. This is a high-energy, relationship-first role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You'll own the programs, experiences, and content that celebrate our customers, highlight their achievements, and show them how important they are to the DealRoom community.

From customer spotlights and appreciation initiatives to advocacy programs and storytelling, you’ll ensure our customers feel valued, supported, and proud to be part of the DealRoom ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and AI-savvy — someone who can build genuine relationships, manage multiple projects without dropping the ball, and find smarter, faster ways to get things done while creating meaningful moments for our customers.
