Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Split Shift
Location: Danvers, MA
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 6pm; Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Compensation: Starting Rate: $21.00/hr; Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00/hr
Objective:
The Warehouse Worker Split Shift is responsible for stocking product, unloading trucks, building and verifying transfers, and performing other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stock Non AB bulk and rack locations Warehouses 1,2 and 3
- Load and unload all Non AB trailers
- Stock warehouse in an efficient manner ensuring proper stock rotation and location accuracy
- Built intercompany transfers
- Check in intercompany transfers
- Strip Retail Trailers Monday through Thursday
- Generally start stripping around 3:30pm end by 6pm
- Organization of empty kegs for return to suppliers
- Repetitive manual handling of half barrels, quarter barrels and cases of beer
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years experience in a warehouse preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
- Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility with schedule

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment including, but not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, hand truck
- Climbing stairs and inclined surfaces on an occasional basis
- Walking on hard surfaces on a frequent basis
- Occasional exposure to temperatures ranging from 30 - 100 degrees F on a seasonal basis
- Two handed lifting of up to 40 pounds from floor to shoulder height on a frequent basis
