Role Objective:

Kiernan Trebach LLP is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist, to join our growing team in our Boston, MA office.

Role Responsibilities:

As the Front Desk Receptionist in our Boston, MA Office, the following duties would be expected of you:

Answering and Directing Calls
Greeting Visitors
Distributing Incoming Faxes
Managing Conference Room Reservations
Calendar Management
Other General Office Administration Functions

Role Requirements:

Processing of outgoing certified mail documents and subpoenas and support to the Legal Services team as needed.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Proactive work style, taking initiative.
Microsoft Office proficiency.

Desired Experience, Education & Licensure:

1+ years of Administrative Experience (Preferred)
High School Diploma/ GED
