- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, and service spaces to ensure impeccable standards of hygiene and presentation
- Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure operational efficiency
- Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate equipment and environmentally friendly products
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all occupants
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping is highly desirable
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for delivering excellent service is essential
- Strong understanding of custodial practices and industrial cleaning methods
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift
