Job Summary:
We are looking for a Computer Operator with basic knowledge of SOC (Security Operations Center) or NOC (Network Operations Center) to monitor systems, handle alerts, and support incident management activities in a 24/7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security/network alerts and system performance
- Raise, update, and track incident tickets
- Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams when required
- Maintain logs and prepare basic reports
- Ensure adherence to SLA and process guidelines
Working time 10pm to 6 am
Thursday - Sunday
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
