Role - VP Finance
Reporting directly to the COO and serving on the senior leadership team, the VP of Finance partners closely with executive leadership, the Board of Directors, investors, and lenders. You will oversee all aspects of FP&A, accounting, controllership, forecasting, reporting, systems, cash management, compliance, and financial operations.

Responsibilities- Lead the company’s global financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and full P&L ownership.
- Deliver accurate, compelling financial insights and presentations for executives, the Board, investors, and lenders.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, scenario planning, and performance modeling to guide strategic and operational decisions.
- Define, monitor, and drive key SaaS metrics and operational KPIs that promote visibility and accountability across the business.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Data teams to support pricing, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead all accounting and controllership activities, including daily operations, GAAP compliance, audits, tax oversight, and monthly/quarterly/annual close.
- Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance and accounting team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimize NetSuite and related financial systems, leveraging automation and AI to streamline processes and accelerate the financial close.
- Strengthen internal controls and implement scalable, PE‑aligned processes that meet public‑company‑quality standards.
- Support M&A diligence, integration activities, and enterprise-wide scaling efforts.
Required Qualifications- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience across FP&A and accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- MBA strongly preferred; CPA or CFA is a plus
- Experience in private‑equity‑backed companies preferred
- SaaS or technology industry experience required
- Strong NetSuite expertise
- Advanced financial modeling capabilities
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
Base Salary range for this role is $250,000-300,000 + Equity ( No Bonus)
