Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide professional customer service and customer support in a fast-paced, in-person office environment. This role handles high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email, supports order-related questions, and ensures customer satisfaction through accurate issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and customer support via phone and email
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and order-related questions
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow through to completion
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Escalate complex customer concerns when necessary
- Support order documentation and combined orders
- Maintain a professional and customer-first approach
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of customer service or customer support experience
- Experience handling high-volume phone and email support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
- CRM or ticketing system experience
- E-commerce or order support experience
- Office-based or in-person customer service experience
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
