Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide professional customer service and customer support in a fast-paced, in-person office environment. This role handles high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email, supports order-related questions, and ensures customer satisfaction through accurate issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and customer support via phone and email
Handle inbound customer inquiries and order-related questions
Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow through to completion
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
Escalate complex customer concerns when necessary
Support order documentation and combined orders
Maintain a professional and customer-first approach

Requirements

1–3+ years of customer service or customer support experience
Experience handling high-volume phone and email support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry and documentation skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

CRM or ticketing system experience
E-commerce or order support experience
Office-based or in-person customer service experience

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
