Our mission is simple, Compost, Grow, Eat...Repeat. We collect food scraps, process it into nutrient rich compost, and return it to the community. There it will re-enter the growth cycle in backyard gardens and local farms, creating zero waste.
We are looking for honest & enthusiastic individuals who are ready to work hard, work fast, & have fun. The ideal candidate will have availability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday, totaling 15–20 hours per week.
Position Summary:
A customer service representative supports our commercial customers by providing helpful information, answering questions regarding accounts, and responding to complaints and missed pickups. You are the front line of support for commercial customers and you will help ensure that customers are satisfied with our services and products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
● Responding promptly to customer inquiries through email or phone
● Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
● Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
● Expertise using Stripe, Pipeline and other company tools/ software.
● Knowing our services and products inside and out so that you can answer questions quickly.
● Processing orders and requests from customers and management staff.
● Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
● High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
● Conflict resolution skills/ the ability to remain calm and professional when faced
with challenges.
● Comfortable using computers and general office applications.
● Customer service experience background preferred.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
