Position Overview

We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. Cleaners play an essential role in maintaining the presentation, comfort, and overall guest experience at Garden Gables.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms daily (make beds, refresh linens, vacuum, dust, sanitize bathrooms) and common spaces
Replenish guest amenities (toiletries, towels, coffee/tea supplies, etc.)
Restock housekeeping closets with supplies as needed
Complete laundry duties (washing, drying, folding, storing linens and towels)
Clean and maintain common areas (hallways, entryways, lounges)
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
Follow health and safety guidelines and SOPs
Work efficiently to meet property standards and turnaround times
Uphold Garden Gables’ brand standards in every guest space

Qualifications

Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred (hotel or STR a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Reliable, punctual, and consistent follow-through
Effective time management and task prioritization
Comfortable working independently and within a small team
Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation- this is non-negotiable
