Dealership Operations Manager

Overview

Following a period of strong performance and continued growth, Lexus of Watertown is seeking a Dealership Operations Manager to support operational excellence, consistency, and accountability across the dealership. This role works closely with the Sales Director and Fixed Operations Director, helping ensure established standards are upheld and that day-to-day priorities are executed effectively.

Responsibilities

· Support daily operational execution across Sales and Fixed Operations

· Ensure dealership standards, procedures, and expectations are consistently maintained

· Proactively identify, address, and resolve operational issues before escalation is required

· Provide consistent follow-through on cross-department priorities and initiatives

· Partner with department leadership to improve communication and execution

· Maintain an organized, professional dealership environment that reflects brand standards

· Serve as a point of accountability for operational details impacting efficiency, safety, and customer experience

Qualifications

· Proven track record, operational or management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with a strong sales background

·10+ years Automotive Managerial Experience is required

· Strong work ethic with a hands-on, focused approach

· Ability to work effectively with tenured teams and established leadership

· Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive by nature

· Professional, dependable, and accountable in daily conduct

· Comfortable being present throughout the dealership and engaging with multiple departments and clients

· Technologically proficient, with interest in leveraging tools and systems to support operations (preferred)

Pay: $350,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
