Our curriculum emphasizes hands-on learning, safety, and technical excellence. We are currently seeking experienced A&P-certified instructors with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience to join our instructional team.
Position Overview
As an Aviation Maintenance Instructor, you’ll play a key role in shaping future A&P mechanics. You’ll deliver engaging classroom and lab instruction, mentor students, and ensure FAA curriculum standards are met.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Teach FAA-approved curriculum to prepare students for FAA exams.
- Track attendance and submit grades within 24 hours.
- Ensure all coursework is delivered, completed, and assessed.
- Manage makeup tests and practical projects.
- Follow lesson plans and maintain a daily planner.
- Review curriculum and policies before each term.
- Maintain tools, training aids, and instructional spaces.
- Request supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with Hangar Operations staff during training.
- Keep classrooms, labs, and hangars clean and organized.
- Safeguard institutional assets.

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certification – required.
- Minimum 3 years of A&P industry experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of the Internet.
