Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Tester to join our production test team. This hands-on role involves performing electrical testing on semiconductors using manual and automated test equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in semiconductor handling, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Key ResponsibilitiesTesting & Production Operations
- Set up test equipment and perform electrical testing of semiconductors following work instructions.
- Conduct counting and visual inspections of semiconductor devices.
- Assist in completing engineering work orders and process lots.
- Use Camstar (internal production tracking system) to record pass/fail parameters and track lot transactions.
Equipment & Workspace Maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Fill nitrogen tanks as required for production support.
- Operate electro-mechanical handlers and related test equipment.
QualificationsRequired Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in a related field (preferred).
- General knowledge of microscope use and semiconductor handling.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation.
Technical & Physical Abilities
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools.
- Ability to read and write English with basic math skills.
- Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Push machinery possibly over 100 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods (5–6 hours without a break).
- Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity.
- Ability to work in an environment with loud background noise and varying temperatures.
