Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Office Coordinator to join their Boston office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent college graduate who’s eager to gain hands-on experience, learn from supportive leaders, and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls.
- Greet clients and visitors and notify the appropriate team members of their arrival.
- Coordinate with building management and vendors as needed.
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked office and assist with internal meeting setup.
- Support onboarding for new hires and contractors.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and assist staff with shipping requests.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistants on administrative tasks.
- Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Interest in office administration, operations, and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexible, resourceful, and comfortable handling ad hoc projects.
