What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Assist the CEO in setting goals and driving execution across the organization.
- Support the Head of Strategy & Innovation on key corporate development and product innovation initiatives (e.g., fundraising, product development pipeline).
- Prepare executive briefs, scenario analyses, financial models, and talking points for key decisions, board meetings, and external events.
- Craft SLT and company-wide communications as needed.
- Identify and improve existing processes across the organization.
Executive Operating Rhythm
- Manage the annual board calendar and own preparation of materials for quarterly and ad-hoc meetings.
- Plan, run, and continuously improve weekly SLT meetings.
- Design, plan, and facilitate quarterly SLT offsites.
- Coordinate and track progress of quarterly strategic priorities.
- Partner with the Data & Technology team to maintain and improve the operating dashboard.
Project Management Office (PMO) Leadership
- Lead project management for CEO-prioritized initiatives.
- Govern PMO processes to ensure timely delivery of high-priority company initiatives.
- Serve as project manager for critical projects without a defined owner.
- Work cross-functionally to identify project pain points and develop solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, private equity, investment banking, or high-growth operating environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities — able to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable influencing and interfacing with senior executives and board members.
- Strong financial and operational literacy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity, discretion, and strong stakeholder management instincts.
- BA/BS required; MBA or relevant master’s preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in our client’s industry, business model, and mission is a plus.
