MEP Coordinator (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing)/CAD
Responsibilities
· Design and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in buildings.
· Select appropriate equipment, based on plans, spec’s and submittals.
· Ensure all systems are compliant with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
· Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design.
· Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
· Provide technical support throughout the construction process.
Qualifications and Skills
· Minimal 5 years’ experience in mechanical and plumbing or related engineering field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in relevant design software (Revit MEP, Auto CAD and Navisworks).
· Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various project stakeholders.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
