About the Role
As an Aquatics Manager, you’ll oversee daily swim school operations across our Marlborough, Sudbury, and Wayland locations. You’ll lead and coach instructors, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and uphold our brand and safety standards. You’ll be the bridge between the pool deck and management—helping our students, families, and team thrive.

What You’ll Do
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-energy instructor team.
- Manage pool and staff schedules, track certifications, and ensure compliance.
- Engage with parents and swimmers to maintain high satisfaction.
- Teach or assist in lessons when needed.
- Promote a positive, professional, and fun culture.
What You Bring
- Required: High school diploma (or equivalent), strong communication and organization skills.
- Preferred: 1+ year in customer service, team leadership, or aquatics. Swim instruction or fitness background is a plus!
- Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications (can be obtained after hire).
