Plumbing Field Supervisor – Hands-On Working Leader
Location: Ludlow, MA
Pay: $95,000 – $125,000 per year (based on experience)

About the Role
Biermann Plumbing & Heating Inc. is looking for a working Plumbing Field Supervisor — someone who leads by example, supports the team, and keeps jobs running smoothly.
This role is perfect for an experienced plumber who can handle both fieldwork and management duties in residential and commercial service settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor field employees
- Step in on projects as needed (hands-on field work)
- Oversee commercial and residential plumbing projects/ quality control
- Manage parts ordering, job costing, and technician scheduling
- Maintain high quality, safety, and customer service standards
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and suppliers
- Foster a strong, positive, and productive team culture
Requirements
- Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License (Required)
- 10+ years of plumbing experience — commercial and residential
- Strong leadership and technical skills
- Computer and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional attitude, reliable, and self-motivated

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
