Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly competent full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Fields Center team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing consultation and supervision to school programs for children, teens and youth with intensive support needs. This is a perfect position for a BCBA who is flexible and experienced in providing neurodiversity affirming supports and care. Must have some public school experience and an active interest in creating new programs and exploring new directions for autistic and neurodiverse children, teens and youth. Duties:
- Provide consultation and direct services to children, teens and youth in schools and transition programs
-Provide supervision to Fields Center Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) aligned with the BACB guidelines for supervision
-Set up dynamic data collection systems to monitor progress and skill acquisition of staff members and teachers
-Work with all school-based staff and team members to identify best practices for neurodiversity affirming interventions
Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proficiency in behavioral health practices and principles
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and intensive support needs
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) methodologies and how they can be applied in public schools
- Ability to provide compassionate neurodiversity affirming supports while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent data collection and analytical skills
