We are seeking a full-time Residential Manager for our beautiful Residential homes in Groveland and Haverhill. At American Training, it is all about the WOW! Magic. What does a Residential Manager do?
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the Residential Program.
- Act as a liaison between Residents, Families, Health Care Providers, and Colleagues to ensure excellent quality care.
- Hire, supervise, and motivate Colleagues.
- Create and manage Colleague schedules.
- Monitor medical and clinical needs of Residents.
- 2-3 years experience working in Human Services overseeing a Residential Home.
- 1+ years of previous management experience.
- Valid State driver's license and the use of personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (required).
- Flexible work hours required based on program needs.
- Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (a degree may be waived if experience indicated competence).
