We have an immediate opening for a well qualified Service Manager for our three German Brands; BMW, Audi and Volkswagen.
This position would suit an experienced Service Manager or someone with a long proven track record as a Service Advisor with Highline brand experience.

This person would be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, providing leadership to service personnel and ensure consistent, timely and accurate treatment of customers and vehicles. We need someone with a proven track record of success – CSI, P/L and strong factory recommendations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the General Manager to forecast goals and objectives for the department.
- Lead in the recruiting, hiring, training and managing qualified team members (Technicians, Porters, Service Advisors etc.) in the service department to ensure best practices and processes are achieved. Additionally, this will include ensuring appropriate action for accountability, rewards, and recognition for existing staff.
- Understand, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local laws and regulations that effect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
- Maintain reporting systems required Senior Management and factory standards.
- Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
- Manage the service department’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner.
- Relaying information to managers and the mechanical department in a timely manner.
- Improves overall CSI for Service Department.
- Manage Departmental overhead costs and seek/implement cost-savings measures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Automotive Service Manager is preferred.
- BMW / VW and Audi experience is preferred. Other OEMs will be considered.
- Proven ability to implement best practices and effect changes.
- Ability to improve service drive operations and increase overall profitability.
- Ability to train, supervise and motivate large teams and dealership service personnel.
- Ability to reinforce company policies/procedures and maintaining a positive work environment and corporate culture. Must be a hands-on Manager.
- Ability to contribute to excellent customer satisfaction and maintain company CSI Standards above region.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- History of stability with verifiable references.
- Tech-savvy is a plus.
