Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
- Conduct data entry accurately while maintaining customer records in our database.
- Engage in sales activities by promoting products and services to potential clients.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette during all interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement initiatives.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage, particularly in English and other languages.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
