Kriss Law/Atlantic Closing & Escrow, a highly regarded and extremely busy real estate law firm, is seeking Massachusetts Contract Closing Attorneys to conduct residential refinance and purchase closings across the Commonwealth.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced attorneys who want a lucrative, flexible legal opportunity while working with a trusted and established firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct residential real estate closings for refinance and purchase transactions.
- Travel throughout Massachusetts to closing locations as needed.
- Manage closings during business hours, evenings, and occasional weekends.
- Be responsive to last-minute closing requests.
- Review, print, and execute closing packages remotely.
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts real estate laws and lender requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling Massachusetts refinance and purchase closings (required).
- Active Massachusetts Bar Membership (required).
- Current Massachusetts Notary Commission (required).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel statewide.
- Ability to print closing packages remotely.
- Strong legal drafting and legal research skills.
Preferred, but not required:
- Active Bar admission or Notary Commission in neighboring states.

- Pay: Per-closing compensation, commensurate with experience
- Schedule: Choose your own hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Location: Remote with travel to closing locations (Massachusetts statewide)
