Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in data analysis and business intelligence. The Entry Level Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making processes within the organization. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
- Conduct data analysis using tools such as SQL, R, and Python to extract meaningful insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Assist in the design and implementation of database systems and ETL processes.
- Participate in Agile project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Support the software development life cycle (SDLC) by providing analytical input during various phases.
- Document processes, workflows, and data models using Visio or similar tools.
- Utilize business analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters degree - all majors encouraged to apply
- 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills, work ethic, independence, problem solving ability, effective communication skills, and overall positive attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while under pressure.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
