Position Overview:
GEI Consultants is seeking a strategic thinker and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategy Consultant. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with executive leadership, technical experts, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with GEI’s long-term vision and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the development of corporate strategy, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with senior leadership.
Identify new business opportunities and support M&A evaluation, including due diligence.
Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools to monitor strategic initiatives.
Conduct financial modeling, performance analysis, and forecasting to support decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and business development teams on cross-functional initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging markets, and innovation strategies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data interpretation and financial modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
Experience in engineering, infrastructure, environmental services, or similar industries is a plus.
Work Schedule & Flexibility:
This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.
Hybrid work options available, with flexibility to work remotely and attend in-person meetings or events as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
Annual Salary: $155,000 - $170,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
