Sharpcontra is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Promotions Assistant to join our growing team in Boston. The Promotions Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of promotional campaigns. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with internal teams and clients, contributing to the success of a wide range of events and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional campaigns and events
- Collaborate with the promotions team to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Maintain communication with vendors and event coordinators
- Assist in the development of promotional materials and displays
- Monitor inventory levels and promotional supplies
- Provide administrative support to the Promotions Manager as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in promotions, event support, or marketing (internships included)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
