Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data visualizations and reporting products for business and marketing teams.
Collaborate with data scientists, business, and marketing teams to gather requirements and deliver descriptive analytics for a specific brand area.
Design data solutions by curating, enriching, and processing data from various sources, including CRMs and big data lakes.
Drive descriptive and diagnostic analyses to produce actionable insights for business strategy and consumer experience.
Develop highly polished and functional dashboards (Tableau/Looker) to support analytics needs and KPIs.
Initiate projects from scratch and enhance existing data visualization/reporting projects.
Lead instrumentation/tagging and data BI design initiatives for assigned vertical or brand area.
Conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses, data mining, and predictive analytics to provide measurable business insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, business) on data gathering, governance, enrichment, and democratization.
Ensure solutions are highly scalable, available, and fault tolerant.
Act as a thought partner, providing expertise in data measurement, monitoring, and reporting best practices.
Adapt quickly, work independently with minimal direction, and deliver results in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Experience in food and beverage services is a strong plus.
