As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for processing various types of data, ensuring timely and accurate entry of information, and performing quality control to verify that our records are up to date.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and validate data entries for correctness and completeness.
- Maintain up-to-date records and files for easy retrieval and reference.
- Accurately record and document information from various sources.
- Assist in the preparation and review of reports as needed.
- Conduct regular backups and data maintenance checks to ensure data integrity.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in data entry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute.
- Familiarity with data management software and database systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
