Falcon General Contracting LLC is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented personal billing assistant to provide support with billing, invoices, payment tracking, records, and daily administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, documents, spreadsheets, and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing and organizing invoices and billing documents
Review billing information, charges, quantities, and payment details for accuracy
Enter and update billing and customer information
Track invoices, payments, and outstanding balances
Maintain accurate billing and account records
Organize receipts, invoices, payment records, and related documents
Assist with billing reports and spreadsheets
Help verify billing information and resolve routine discrepancies
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal staff when needed
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks
Maintain organized digital and physical files
Perform basic data entry and recordkeeping
Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information
Support other billing and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Basic computer and data-entry skills
Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, and spreadsheets
Strong organizational and communication skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable and responsible work attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable handling confidential information
Willingness to learn billing systems and company procedures
Previous billing, accounting, administrative, or office experience is helpful but not required
