Molly S. McGlaughlin is a transformational CEO and board-level executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience building, scaling, and turning around technology, manufacturing, and service organizations. A retired U.S. Army Colonel with four combat deployments, she combines mission-focused leadership with a proven ability to drive commercial growth, operational excellence, and enterprise value creation.

Throughout her career, Molly has led complex organizations across biotechnology, advanced manufacturing, contract development and manufacturing (CDMO), and life sciences. She has successfully transformed underperforming businesses, built new commercial platforms, integrated acquisitions and strategic partnerships, expanded into new markets, and developed high-performing leadership teams. She has managed organizations ranging from entrepreneurial startups to global enterprises, with full responsibility for strategy, P&L, operations, business development, manufacturing, quality, regulatory affairs, and organizational development.

Molly has a demonstrated record of creating shareholder value through disciplined execution, customer-focused growth strategies, and operational transformation. Her leadership contributed to significant enterprise value creation, including the successful turnaround and eventual sale of Cytovance Biologics. She has also led commercialization efforts for innovative technologies, established strategic global partnerships, and founded Revolution Biomanufacturing Inc., an advanced therapeutics company focused on next-generation RNA technologies and AI-enabled biomanufacturing.
