Over the past 17 years, I have worked in business research, editorial review and client support across financial services and publishing industry. In my most recent role with Finnovate Research, I prepared and reviewed fintech research briefs, handled high-volume research assignments, and ensured content met editorial and quality standards. Earlier, at D&B Data & Technologies and RR Donnelley, I worked on business information reports, market research and copy editing using platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Factiva and Datamonitor. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for ensuring accuracy, maintaining quality standards, improving workflows, managing documentation, and supporting operational excellence. I also have experience in handling soft skills and project-based training for the team as well as QA for voice-based processes. I am currently seeking a remote position where I can contribute my organizational skills, quality-focused mindset, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams. I am particularly interested in roles involving operations, project coordination, quality assurance, documentation, data management, customer support operations, or executive support.
