I have gained extensive experience in Customer Service, inside selling and account management including selling service and subscription-based contracts, marketing and giving seminars, telephone prospecting, making sales presentations and nurturing leads. Strong record of increasing revenues in resurrecting dormant accounts, shrinking the sales cycle in existing accounts and by ‘up-selling’ in a given database of accounts including business niches where I served specific audiences and their sets of needs. My experience has afforded me a proficient level in working with Salesforce, Zoho and other CRM’s.
I’ve also worked with Outside Sales Representatives over the last 5 years in coordinating mutual sales efforts.
