I am a resourceful, people-first operator with 10+ years partnering with leaders across service, hospitality, and growing businesses. My experience spans people operations, compliance, finance-adjacent workflows, and seamlessly stepping into roles that were not yet defined or formally mine. I helped scale a business from ~$2M to ~$5M in revenue over the course of 2 years by building systems, improving execution, optimizing financial decisions, and supporting leaders where they needed it most.
