Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to assist customers, answer questions, provide product and service information, and support customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy helping people and developing valuable customer service and professional experience.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about products and services.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers and prospective customers when appropriate.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Comfortable communicating with customers by phone.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
Previous call center, customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
