Mariner Cafe is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Barista to join our team! Located on Main Street in Hyannis, we are a busy cafe serving coffee, espresso drinks, specialty lattes, breakfast and lunch in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can provide excellent customer service, and is comfortable working as part of a team.

Schedule:

32-36 Hours per week.
Willing to work some weekends.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages.
Provide friendly and personable customer service.
Take customer orders and process transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist other team members during busy periods.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

Experience working in a cafe, restaurant, or other customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, personable, and comfortable interacting with customers.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy cafe environment.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Willingness to work some weekends.
ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation:

Pay based on experience.
