Job Title: Visual Designer

Pay Range : $60.00/hr to $70.00/hr

Job Description:

Are you a visual storyteller who thrives at the intersection of design, creativity, and digital experience? We’re looking for a Graphic/UI Designer who brings a strong foundation in graphic design and a growing skill set in UI design to join our creative team.

What You’ll Do:

Create compelling layouts, illustrations, and visual assets for print and digital platforms — logos, packaging, marketing collateral, ads, and more.
Design modern, user-friendly UI elements including mockups, clickable prototypes, animations, and development-ready assets.
Apply brand guidelines to digital interfaces while ensuring consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with UX designers, copywriters, developers, and creative stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Conduct and contribute to UI research: competitive analysis, A/B testing, and accessibility audits.
Participate in team initiatives, UI reviews, and design leadership opportunities.

What You Bring:

2–5 years of experience in graphic and/or UI design roles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
A sharp eye for layout, typography, color, and detail.
Mid-level understanding of UI design principles and experience delivering design systems or visual assets to product teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a cross-functional mindset.
