About the Role:
Bellamy's Bar and Grill is looking for an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team in beautiful Eastham, MA. If you love crafting great drinks, creating memorable guest experiences, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest requests
- Greet and engage guests, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
- Process guest orders and payments accurately using a POS system
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service guidelines
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining and bar experience
- Assist with bar inventory, restocking, and opening/closing duties
Requirements:
- Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Must meet Massachusetts minimum age requirement to serve alcohol (18+)
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
