- Sells of the business: Currently growing with a very strong pipeline. Healthy mix of renos and ground up projects
Job Description
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals.
- Source and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Track and update cost data to maintain accuracy in estimates.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare bid proposals and submit them within required deadlines.
- Monitor project budgets and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.

- Experience with construction cost estimation in the property industry.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
