Primary duties: Handyperson / Maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Coordinator. Managed property sites include condominium associations, and some commercial buildings concentrated in the Central Mass area. Work is primarily to perform interior and exterior building maintenance and repairs and keep records of time spent/work orders completed. We provide the tablet and software to track this easily. Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts Drivers license and must possess general knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in the maintenance field. Physical strength and the ability to perform moderate to heavy manual labor are required. Applicants must possess abilities to interact professionally with unit owners, tenants and association trustees. This position requires a reliable person who is able and motivated to work independently. High School Diploma/GED preferred.
