About The Role
The Project Manager leads cross-functional delivery for technical initiatives spanning software engineering, cloud infrastructure, data, and security. The role turns complex requirements into executable plans, aligns teams around dependencies and milestones, and keeps delivery moving from definition through launch.
You will manage projects involving platforms, APIs, infrastructure migrations, product releases, and operational improvements. The work matters because strong execution reduces delivery risk, improves visibility across teams, and helps technical organizations ship reliable systems on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end planning and execution for software, infrastructure, data, and security projects, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate engineering, product, design, data, security, and operations stakeholders through planning, execution, launch, and post-launch review
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status dashboards, and delivery documentation in tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, or Notion
- Track technical dependencies across APIs, cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, databases, and third-party integrations; escalate blockers before they affect delivery
- Run recurring project ceremonies, including kickoff meetings, sprint planning, risk reviews, stakeholder updates, and retrospectives
- Measure delivery health using schedule variance, throughput, dependency status, defect trends, and release readiness metrics
- Improve project-management processes and operating rhythms by standardizing templates, reporting, and lessons-learned practices
What We Are Looking For
- 3-8 years of project or program management experience in a technology, software, infrastructure, or data environment
- Experience managing technical projects from requirements definition through production launch, with multiple teams and competing priorities
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, cloud platforms, APIs, CI/CD, and incident or change-management processes
- Hands-on experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, Confluence, Notion, Slack, or equivalent platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical risks and decisions for both engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to identify delivery risks, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and drive accountable owners toward clear outcomes
- Bonus: PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification; experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; familiarity with data platforms, cybersecurity programs, or regulated technology environments
