This role is essential to the guest experience — clearing, resetting, and supporting the floor team so that service never skips a beat. It's a great entry point into fine dining with a brand that invests in its people.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and discreetly
- Support servers and runners during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor and service areas
- Assist with bread service and other table maintenance tasks
What We're Looking For
- Prior hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
- Fast, organized, and reliable under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
