A well-established, physician-owned multispecialty medical group in Southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to join an established and growing Endocrinology division.
This is primarily an outpatient endocrinology position in Fall River, with some responsibility for supervising Physician Assistants providing hospital-based care.
The practice has a strong referral base from Primary Care physicians and other specialists and manages a significant volume of patients with diabetes, thyroid disease and other adult endocrine conditions.
New graduates and recently fellowship-trained Endocrinologists are welcome to apply.
The Role
The physician will primarily see patients in the outpatient office setting while providing clinical oversight of hospital APPs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and manage adult endocrine patients in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and treat diabetes and thyroid disorders
- Manage other adult endocrine conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing follow-up
- Work collaboratively with Primary Care physicians and other specialists
- Provide clinical oversight of hospital rounds primarily performed by a Physician Assistant
- Support high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Participate in a collaborative physician and APP team
Clinical Programs & Resources
The Endocrinology division is staffed by fellowship-trained physicians and advanced practice providers and has access to a strong referral network.
Available clinical resources include:
- Continuous glucose monitoring
- Comprehensive weight management program
- Osteoporosis management
- In-office ultrasound
- Fine-needle aspiration (FNA)
- Readily available laboratory services
- Readily available imaging services
The office uses eClinicalWorks, while the affiliated hospital uses Epic.

Compensation & Career Opportunity
- Approximately $275,000 annual salary
- Compensation commensurate with training and experience
