The post holder will provide high-quality, client-focused generalist advice to support individuals and families experiencing a range of social, financial and personal issues. Working from community settings across East Berkshire, they will help service users understand their options, access appropriate services and achieve positive outcomes.
In addition, the post holder will undertake accredited Advice First Aid training and subsequently deliver training and awareness sessions to professional and voluntary sector partners, building their confidence and skills to identify advice issues early and make effective referrals
